Chickasha Goes Down To Defeat By Girls

Chickasha is a bigger school than Anadarko, boy class, and has more students to draw from. Anadarko girls beat them by running them to death.

We play Chickasha early in the season. A season is a full schedule of games. There will be a lot posted her with plenty of basketball pictures for 2008-2009 season. Both boys and girls won the Weatherford event by winning two game. Sorry, no pictures because of too many cheer leaders and too small of a court. We did not go to the final games, since they were late. Both of these pictures are of the Chickasha games. Believe me, basketball is king during the school year. In Indian schools, a gynmasium is easily filled by big fans.

We will attempt to follow along with this year's season - from now to THE BIG HOUSE, and Anadarko teams will be there, even though neither the boy's teams and girl's team are tall, we will win over the bigger teams. Weatherford had two 6ft 5 inch boys and all their members were over 6 ft tall, Anadarko beat them with on 6 ft 2 in center. If you expect to beat Anadarko, you better bring you best team.

So put on you best tennis shoes and come back here to see how the Warriors are doing this year.

Schulter's Last game.

We drove over to Midwest City to watch the Schulter Bulldogs play. This is a town down by Muskogee. One of the players, perhaps the best, came to my website a couple of years ago, wanting pictures of her favorite team, Anadarko Warriors. The girl's name is Rikki, and she is in the center, below the bright window.

We made a special trip to Midwest City to watch her play. This is a picture of her team. We followed her bus in. Midwest City's gym should be abandoned as a play-off considered field house. It is too dark and not very accessible for those of us who have physical problems.

Rikki's team lost to the team that actually won the state championship. I owe Rikki a lot of pictures and a DVD of one of our girls who used to play for the Lady Warriors. It was good to see Rikki and her team.
